The space that we call “home” instantly evokes a sense of security and brings back fond memories of the places that we have laughed, lived, loved and grown closer to our family and friends.

This has never been truer as the demands placed on our modern homes have evolved to include spaces where we can create, grow and unwind, while maintaining that balance between function & beauty. 

Over the last 15 years, JMH has been committed to delivering such homes and we are proud to be recognised as a leader in the luxury residential space, building some of Dublin’s finest and most recognisable contemporary homes.

At JMH, we bring our development projects from initial site evaluation, through the extensive design and planning process working with some of Ireland’s leading architects before proceeding to on-site construction, where we use our own in-house team of project managers and construction personnel.

To Jamie and his team when it comes to building your home “everything is important” and in keeping the construction process in-house, we can ensure that our buildings will meet the highest standards of craftmanship, design and attention to detail. 

This holistic approach to the build process also ensures that we are considering the design and functionality of these homes at every stage, and we can adapt these incredibly unique homes specifically for the families that will call them ‘home’. 

We primarily focus on development of private homes for the market, while we also offer a ‘design and build’ service for private clients that have their own plot and wish to engage us to help them deliver something incredible. We find that clients using this method to build their own home, experience more design flexibility and cost transparency resulting in a better overall project.
